JOB DESCRIPTION
Hiring freshers and experienced candidates for Non- Voice/ Escalation Manager/ Social media/ Order acknowledge//CSAT.
Roles and Responsibilty
->Proactively follow up on escalations within the pipeline
->Complete unresolved issues by creating, developing, and implementing an action plan for resolution
->Provide End to End support for Escalated customer issues
->Conducts situational analysis, gathers information
->Follow up with customers to ensure provided solution meets their needs
->Identifies gaps in documents, training material, and knowledge base content
Job Requirements:
Freshers (or) 1+ Experience in Customer Support
Salary 20K+inc upto 35K+inc
Excellent communication skills
Ability to listen intently and understand underlying concerns
